To all morally-upright human beings out there:

It is time we stood up against the dirty plague of evil that’s tainting our children’s minds. Anime, or better known as Cartoons by Satan Worshippers, is the number 1 cause of juvenile violence, malnutrition, vice and other social ills. It has been reported that 67 percent of teenagers in our once-great Land of the Free, the AMERICA, have watched anime, and a startling revelation shows that these 67% all have been corrupted.

While all anime are evil, some are more evil than others. Watch out for these shows especially, if not your child will be doomed forever.

Naruto
This show is all about instigating violence and child soldiers. "Naruto" is the story of how child soldiers are trained and used by warlords, brainwashed into blood-thirsty killers who have no hesitation in killing and mutilating other children. The children are praised upon successful killings and they are even taught to perform bloody rituals to summon demonic beasts, the spawn of Satan. The characters frequently draw evil diagrams with blood for this purpose.

Children as young as 12 are brutally trained in military skills and made to fight. The creators of this anime must have been behind the civil wars involving the same child soldiers in Sierra Leone and this is their way to influence our innocent children into destroying our peace and liberty!!!

Pokemon
Michael Vick was an evil immoral wicked person for his cruelty to animals. So how can we let the Pokemons be legal in this great country? Pokemon is nothing more than glorified animal fighting, and is barbaric to the greatest degree. It’s the equivalent of cock fighting, dog fighting, slave battles and is totally inhumane. Are we teaching our children that it is ok to catch wild animals from the wild, lock them up in tiny cages shaped like balls, where they do not get food or their faeces cleaned, and then released with a leash to fight other wild animals or those owned by fellow cruel humans? Is it moral to have a captured porcupine stab a house cat to death? Is it God’s will to have electric eel slaughter cute foxes?

Pokemon is sheer animal cruelty, the animal murder simulators!!!! Also, the Pokemon "evolve". Everyone knows evolution is fake and only God decides which animals to transform or appear. Think of the CHILDREN! They should not be learning about fake facts that the evil scientists are tricking them into, I bet it’s the scientists who invented this Pokemon.

One Piece
One Piece is about a boy who meets pirates, who corrupt him into believing that it is right to plunder innocent people’s properties and lives. He then goes on a journey to cause destruction and death worldwide. Pirates are bloodthirsty, greedy and vile murderers who prowl the sea for innocent victims. This, "One Piece", glorifies that and actively encourages our children to migrate to Somalia and board tanker and cargo ships and slaughter their crew for treasure!! This needs to be banned right now. One Piece also has scenes of animal cruelty, where the characters beat up animals and eat them. This is really cruel and should not be allowed to happen. Us Americans are animal lovers and only eat the meat bought from supermarkets, which do not involve any killing at all. Think of the children!! This One Piece must be all about trying to corrupt our young into leaving home, leaving our great nation, which is full of DEMOCRATIC CONSENSUS PROCESS, to go to other countries which are all 3rd world.

Negima
Negima is about a young satanic sorcerer who seduces slutty under-aged girls into having intercourse with him. Teacher-student relationships are the worst crime ever, and these amoral characters flaunt their under-aged naked bodies around to seduce our reader children. Paedophilia-inducing material like this ought to be burnt! There is also lots of witchcraft practised in this show, and everyone knows witchcraft is Satan worship. Unbelievable, how these yellow humans can defile us with their pornographic cartoons which show underaged girls naked and seducing their teacher. This would never happen in the America!! No teacher would ever touch his/her student. There is no sex in the America, all our nice children practise abstinence until marriage.

See? Anime is corrupt, evil and should be banned and burnt. How can our government allow these vile objects to sully our great nation’s future? It’s time we exercise our rights as citizens and bear arms!!

Even I agree lol. Didn’t find it funny either. On the way back home on the bus when I was conceiving the idea, it was alright. I blame my unfunny writing, no thanks to hundreds of pages of scientific writing. Also, I don’t really know how to write like a middle-class parent from the bible belt.

The main problem is the myth of a middle class parent from a bible belt, which the liberal media has created and into which you bought because you’re gullible. A lot of the above is true, and have you heard about things that are funny because they are true? The brutality of Naruto world is something that needs a serious look at, or a very good laugh. What has happened to those entrails of Haku between the time they fell out of his and hit the ground… in CN broadcast? It’s hilarious in its stupidity and yet too serious.

um…..True there are lots of animes out there that are innapropiete for children but thats why they have a higher rating. Why in the world are you just picking on anime though? You can say just about all of that to movies, T.V. shows, bilboards, anything. It’s not the animes fault if the children end up corrupt. Children watch shows with a bit of sexual content sometimes but does that mean they will end up being a rapist? The world today is getting more violence and sex into childrens everydays lives. Open your eyes and see that not all evil lies with anime.

1.ok… well you see this is where cultural misunderstanding comes in play. In America, when people think of cartoons they almost immediately think of children, since all most all of american cartoons are meant for kids. However in Japan (the country in which anime originated) cartoons have a much wider audience. All of the shows above are meant for young adults…well except pokemon. However I think your looking into it a little too deeply. Most kids who watch that don’t even know what animal fighting is and compared to a lot of AMERICAN cartoons its not that bad. But now im rambling… back to what i was saying. The fact of the matter is that most anime isn’t meant to be watched by children. The fact that it is watched by them is totally different. its kinda like drugs. You cant blame Tylenol because its misused by a bunch of teenagers. Same goes for anime…

2. Saying that all anime are evil is biiiig over generalization. Like I said before there are different anime for different age groups. That not only includes adults but also children. There are anime that potty trains 2 years olds. In fact you can search family friendly anime in google and get a whole list of them. Some such as Animal Crossing (the anim ethe game was based on) is about a girl who decides to move out and make a life on her own. She moves into a town where all the people are animals and she quikly makes many friends.
Another is Aria. The sweet story of a girl who’s training to be a gondola in a replica of Venice on Mars. The entire anime is almost completely pointless and basically shows her making a few friends and the different seasons. However its very relaxing to watch.

3. when these animes were made, they were made by people who have different ideas about god. In case you didn’t know, Japan is all the way on the other side of the world. So obviously there’s going to be some religious differences. However that doesn’t give anyone the right to say that its evil. What one person may think is evil isn’t necessarily evil to another. Therefore it is up to each parent to decide what is ‘evil’ and what isn’t.

4. American cartoons… not only are they drawn terribly but there’s a ton of them that you could probably consider ‘evil’. For example, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. The Story of two kids befriending the grim reaper and keeping him as his pet….now would i rather have my kids battling imaginary animals that don’t even really die or would i rather my kids play pretend with the reaper. hmmm…im not sure that’s a hard decision. Um hello!?! Have you even seen half of the things they put on TV?? Is there much of a difference between your teenager watching a student having a relationship with her teacher and watching a bunch of whores make out with a celebrity???

If anime should be banned from the world then so should all of TV, all books classified as young adult and adult, board games (cuz who wants their kids getting greedy from playing too much monopoly. After all monopolies are illegal), dancing, and to make sure there are no relationships with teachers we mine as well just cancel school too.

Well… it didn’t come of well satirically. I seriously thought that one was yet another Christian who didn’t know what the hell they were talking about, and I myself am a Christian. Yet… unfortunatly I see these stupid arguements by people. Chronological snobbary, the animal fanatics saying things like police horses are abused because they are used for work, shows what they know about animals. Too many of the arguments aren’t thought out well. Personally, I’ve read Johnathan Swift… I believe that’s his name, Modest Proposal, now that is satire… sorry… but it just didn’t go over well.

This is pretty funny! And you did manage to get more than a few bites, so well done! A couple of suggestions to make it more believable:

1. Be more egregiously wrong about the plots/ manage to totally miss the actual point of the show eg - “Pokemon is a show about a group of transient children, including a young girl in inappropriately short shorts. Along the way they capture small monsters using balls as bait.”

2. Sound concerned about the displays of sexuality in scenes that any sane person would consider perfectly innocent. For example, you could say of Kiki’s Delivery Service, “Why did the writers feel the need to include a scene where a young girl strips down and allows cows to lick her bare skin?”

A great site to study this sort of writing is PluggedinOnline.com . Unfortunately, they’re not doing it for the lulz, they believe this crap.
