This will start in the Fall season.
The story?
In this fancy school which breeds future bigwigs like politicians, everything is decided by drawing lots (kujibiki). We have seen how Chihiro, Tokiko the Mushroom girl, Izumi the Gambler and Komaki the miser won the competition to be the next Student Council executives in the OVA. The anime will start off with the gang having to overcome the strict tasks and training of the current regime (Ritsuko, Kasumi etc).
There will also be a manga series launched at the same time as the anime.
I tried to find pictures of the original character designs but couldn’t get a decent pic. The designs have been altered. I’m not even sure who the hell that brown haired and purple haired girls are. The Chairman and Vice-Chair look different too. Did the Chairman have pigtails? I don’t think so and I hate pigtails.
Ok I can’t really remember anyone beyond the two main teams. Who’s the megane, silent loli, and osananajimi?

What happened to their Blue and White school uniforms that were similar yet different enough to distinguish between characters? Basically, what happened to the good designs?
