Everyone has seen an evil anime eye. These are so popular, that they can be considered aesthetically pleasing when worn as an accessory. The multi-functional nature of it is a plus too. Beyond the cool factor, you can use it to scare salesmen, rid wild animals and say "Get Lost" without wasting energy on words. But how do we do it?

Let’s consult the two gurus of Evil Eyes!

Revy does it with sick evil.

Revy: Easy. Just be born as a Chinese orphan in a pirate-infested scum-filled discriminating hellhole and kill at least 2000 people. And then chat with a naive Japanese salaryman.

Ok, so from that, we learn that it’s good to harbour bad thoughts. A LOT OF BAD THOUGHTS. So we move onto to Evil Eye Guru 2.

Kyouya is the win.

Kyouya: Disturb my sleep and you’ll get it.

Oh, so being sleep-deprived and with low-blood pressure is the key to getting evil eyes? I notice that also has the useful side-effect of adding dark eyebags, which accentuate the evilness of the actual eye.

Now class, let’s give it a shot!

I watch anime for 20 hours. Evil anime that has lots of evil people and evil acts, such as Rahxephon, Tsuyokiss and Night Head Genesis. Btw NHG is only evil because the seiyuu of the younger bro is Ishida Akira aka Athrun Zala, the most irritating voice in the Galaxy. Watch ep 3 and you’ll be so deaf from his screaming, the evil eyes will just manifest.

And then I think bad bad thoughts. I think of bad people. I think of war crimes. I think of the camera salesman who tried to fleece me into buying the Canon S3.

The result?

EVIL!!!!! IN REAL LIFE!!!

Not good enough for the final stage of Project K though. Ouran volume 8 does introduce a character worth studying. His face is evil-epitomised.

After seeing Tsub’s pic, I realised that having dark shadows is the PATH TO EVIL.

Do not use any < and > for your own sake. It will end the comment there and then. Also, there is an automatic IQ filter which weeds out comments made by those who accidentally got transported from the stone age.
