Rarely has a single episode of anime inspired me to write a post. Normally, it’ll be the first episode of an anime but with Inukami episode 20’s pure SUPERBness, I just had to post this, even if the time is 4.39 am. If you are easily offended by ecchi or are a feminist, do not read on. If you are a true man, proceed.

When you think SKILL, you think men of strong fighting ability, or talents, like maybe Kakashi, Gau Ban or Morita. But there’s one type of skill we all would love to have and that is the ability to remove the bra and panties off anyone INSTANTLY!!

Inukami 20 basically has two concurrent storylines. The macho underwear thief has been trying to steal the ten Inukamis’ undies for a while now but has yet to be successful. They sense and fry him up whenever he makes a move. His master (henceforth known as Magicman) vows to challenge these girls and show him the proper way. He has the l33t skill "Shirame no Gaeshi"!

And then for the rest of the episode, he shows the ten Inukami + Youko who’s really in charge! This is like.. ecchi humour at its pinnacle!!

Tayune is attacked first! BOOM!! BRA SHOT!!

Then the twins lose their knickers.

Even the normally dignified Sendan is at a loss. LOSS OF UNDIES that is.

While squabbling among themselves,  the trio are struck.

The Master. Guess who wears which?

Applying the 36th strategem well, Magicman runs like the wind.

Finally, even our heroine isn’t spared!

AHHHH!!

Keita looks on in awe. I would too.

All except the young Tomohane are attacked. Magicman spares her, since she’s too young and innocent. Nadeshiko had good luck as well and was away. It’s really cool to see the usually overbearing Inukami put in their rightful place as SERVANTS!! Yeah it’s pretty funny. Magicman’s slick moves leave them with no room for any sort of defence. Not only does he strike with the swiftness of a peregrine falcon in full dive, but he picks the perfect moment when their guard is down too. Is this the pinnacle of skill??

And luck too. When the victims all gather for a bone-crushing combo to finish Magic man, a strong gust of wind does what a gust of wind does best - produce a slice of heaven on Earth!

So when are the DVD versions coming out?

Meanwhile, Gokyouya (who also happens to be my favourite Inukami) is seen to be lovingly gazing at a picture of Keita. Her sisters think she’s in love and set up a date with him for her. Keita however does know the truth but goes along. He brings her shopping, getting Gokyouya a new set of clothes (I think the old one’s better but probably less romantic) and they go to the roof of the building. Keita’s actually pretty good with girls, as we have seen from earlier eps and they hit it off rather well.

She gets a new outfit. I have to say it’s cute but that really emphasises her lack of chest. Loli’s in season though.

Couple of the year.

Seriously, they are the best couple in the whole show! In the end, it is revealed that the picture was of Soutarou, Keita’s daddy. Gokyouya was in love with him as his Inukami, but Keita’s mum got too jealous and forcefully sent her away. Keita comforts her and offers to do whatever he can to atone for his parent’s misdeeds. And of course, Gokyouya goes all blushy and deredere. One more for the Keita harem! It seems that with the exception of Sendan, the entire Kaoru Inukami harem army has been conquered by Keita.

Now let’s rave about why Gokyouya is the hottest Inukami. First, she’s studying to be a doctor. Smart girls are hot. She also speaks elegantly and politely, yet isn’t pretentious like Sendan. Gokyouya’s mature and takes care of all her sisters. She doesn’t care about the rankings too and isn’t concerned with petty squabbling nor judges people through first impressions. YEAH!!! Besides her, the rest of the Inukami are pretty UNattractive.
