Just like to point out that you got the answer to Q.46 wrong.
Ready Steady Go! is by L’Arc En Ciel. You must have got it confused with the 4th OP of FMA.

  2. 2 LianYL 785 comments

Good job. You mentioined riya. And I think I got 80% correct. Especially the lyrics challenge part. lol I spam E7 music everyday. And Black Lagoon’s music is so fucking retarded anyone will remember it.

  3. 3 omo 137 comments

Almost tl;dr, but I got probably something like 15 wrong.

Nothing against this quiz but it feels like too personal, almost, in that I just didn’t want to know some of the stuff you ask. Sad thing is I still learned something new (about Spitz & H&C), so all is well.

Oh yeah Orochi! Lol I knew it was L’arc but somehow I was thinking of Asian Kungfu. Will edit. Good pointing that out.

Omo: Too personal? I can only set quizzes based on shows I have already watched. So no girly stuff!

  5. 5 Tsubaki 519 comments

At least I got question 30 right. Hah.

  6. 6 Alafista 45 comments

This is a great quiz … but I only pass by 2 points this time …. I feel so n00b

    Bah …

Man … I’m looking at my playlist now … only 159 anime OST/theme songs … i need to gather more !!!

  7. 7 bj0rN`- 153 comments

    I got about 32 right. T_T

  8. 8 jpmeyer 101 comments

At least I got #20 right.

  9. 9 required 2 comments

i got maybe 10 since i can never memorize song/artist name.(i search up and down for my car keys everyday~) I cant believe i get all the questions involving Eureka seven tho. I actually found your site about two months ago by google’n the lyrics of Canvas, by which group again??

  10. 10 Zero-Hour 5 comments

Yes, finally! At least I kind of know this subject since I collect a lot of anime, jpop, and other various music, but I mainly collect a bunch of jpop. Most of the songs get stuck in my head if they’re catchy enough. I didn’t even try the lyrics section since I’m horrible with Japanese lyrics.

    Anyways, Got 27 right.

    and I

  11. 11 Zero-Hour 5 comments

love Nami Tamaki (sorry for the double post, I got cut off there) =P

  12. 12 omo 137 comments

tj: It’s more like, I think I get a feel of what sort of stuff you like to listen to when it comes to anime music. Anyways, I like people who like riya and Yoriko. You probaby know that already though :3

  13. 13 Jesse 23 comments

    13/55

About 23% right. What have I been doing?

  14. 14 chris 1 comment

I got a buttload wrong, but still a great way to blow a few minutes. At the very least, I’ve learned that aside from Sakura Taisen, I’m pretty damn ignorant of any anime song made earlier than 1999.

  15. 15 Lana 2 comments

I feel smart, I actually got about 25% of questions right! But it’s hard since I haven’t seen half the shows you are talking about!

  16. 16 tj_han 1442 comments

As Omo said, this quiz is rather based on my preferences haha so you don’t really find the female vocalists too much on my playlist. About 1/3 of the questions were sort of added to make it more balanced though.

The only female vocalists I like are probably Yoriko, Angela Aki, Origa, Takahashi Hitomi. In that order.

And haha, I wonder how many didn’t know Zankoku-na Tenshi. Back in the heydays and aftermath of Eva, like the whole world and their mums were singing it on stage at anime events.

  17. 17 Ruka 2 comments

Hello, random lurker here. Just to note, I think Hinata Megumi also sang the opening of Peach Girl as meg rock.

  18. 18 kg 3 comments

Another random lurker here. According to their website, the group that sings Duvet is boa. The Korean faker of which you speak is BoA. Sorry to nitpick, but I’ve come across many people who confuse the two, so the capitalization (or lack thereof) is important to distinguish them.

  19. 19 tj_han 1442 comments

kg: Thanks for the reminder! I was not aware that there were differences in capitalisation. Personally the very first time I heard the song and saw the credits, I was given the impression that the BOA stated was the Korean plastic surgery cutiepie. Of course, the truth soon came to light.

    Ruka: What is Peach Girl?

  20. 20 Ross 1 comment

    “Not the Korean faker”
    Hahaha. Thanks for the laugh.

And wow, blast from the past. I forgot Cyberteam in Akihabara even existed.

    re: Peach Girl

A shoujo series best left unwatched. Or so I hear.
    http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=4592
The song itself is catchy, though.

  22. 22 Sailorcrystal 1 comment

T_T I got like 3 right. I don’t watch hardly any of the anime you do! (and even if I did, I didn’t figure what you meant by OPs until halfway through the quiz. I’m a bit slow.) Didn’t V6 also do BRAND NEW WORLD for Inuyasha too? :>

Do not use any < and > for your own sake. It will end the comment there and then. Also, there is an automatic IQ filter which weeds out comments made by those who accidentally got transported from the stone age.
