Loading ...I was contemplating doing a post on one of the following today: The Spectrum of Manliness in GANTZ; An Analysis of the Odex Saga; The Key Difference between Anime and Maga; and some other stuff. But something magical appeared today so I shall talk about it instead.
Recently I’ve not been able to use a camera, hence the drought of figure reviews. I have toys piling up as high as the tentage formed by Onizuka’s erection! The handphone camera I used isn’t that great. See how I contribute to the Japanese economy via legal means? I am the saviour of the anime industry. But if I hadn’t learnt of Pumpkin Scissors, School Rumble and Haruhi through various illegal means, I wouldn’t have bought these figures…go figure.
Good Smile Company has an English webpage detailing who their official distributors are in the various countries. Looks like Toyntoys, the guys who provide me (I still pay..) with most of the figures, weren’t bragging when they claimed to be official.
All of these came in the past week. Some today!

Despite the petite 1/10 size, this Sakura is excellent.

Ugh, Mikoto looks terrible. I never did like Mikoto but this figure isn’t awesome at all. Fuck you Alter!!

Do not use any < and > for your own sake. It will end the comment there and then. Also, there is an automatic IQ filter which weeds out comments made by those who accidentally got transported from the stone age.

Having a camera isn’t an issue for me. It’s mainly having time to go out and take photos. Photo shoots vary in time for me where it could take 15 minutes to possibly an hour. Plus another issue is traveling to specific locations I want to goto. I also have figures stacking up as I have the backlog of photo shoots to do, lol.

The haruhi looks pretty good. I bought the fine scenery Shana from Toysntoys and now im broke T-T, but the figurines there are cheaper then most places.
I don’t mind the image quality if I can at least recognize some details from them and thanks for reminding me to check up Kaiyodo’s Mikuru as HLJ has at last moved it into Inventory Clearance sales, time to order.
Now let’s see what kind of abomination that Bandai’s Metamo Haruhi is when it arrives. Now if that certain “I put on my wizard robe and hat” would get herself released.
I got the pumpkin scissors Alice L. Malvin too. Too bad couldn’t get any Yuki figurines. All the preorders stopped when i tried to order… Anyway seems like treasureland is selling figurines really cheap,which is good. Kureha of Shining Tears X Wind only costs a freaking low $82.50.I regret ordering my BMX Rei from latendo lol

Yar treasure land is really cheap, they said they were the distributers so they can afford to sell cheaper. I got my shana for 60, they were selling for 65. My frens and i bought a lot of stuff so they gave as a discount.
the figure industry and the anime dvd industry are two seperate things. just cos you buy figures doesn’t mean it allows u to download anime for free =)
