I just finished up the Berserk anime. Now I’m stuck. I can’t start watching any other series now.. not with the scenes of the last 2-3 episodes playing out over and over in my head. Man… they may possibly be the most terrifying anime scenes I’ve ever seen. Besides shounen ai. I was thinking of starting Bottle Fairy Kururu or something for some therapy.

Now I have to decide what to watch next.

I’m really spoilt for choice. So much that I have not been able to continue with current series.  Sitting in my hard disk since god knows when and yet unwatched  (some partially) are:

  1. Solty Rei (stuck at 11)

Wow. Wow. All this while BC injects new stuff at approximately 100 kb per second 24/7. Plus the new spring season has come… and the winter season still has shows that are still being subbed. This is what you call an anime avalanche. I have a big hard disk.

But I noticed it’s getting a bit tiring. It feels like I’m just watching for the sake of clearing hard disk space sometimes. This is most apparent when it’s a bad show and I have the full set of it. Or when it’s episodic in nature and there’s no motivation to watch the next one immediately.

I also bought Kingdom Hearts 2. My brother is playing it at the moment, but I will probably never play it, due to a lack of time and my hatred of losing to AI. I want a kingdom hearts anime! Then I will not lose 5 times and quit while fighting Cerberus.

From what I have seen of it, KH 2 is basically the same as the original except for a few upgraded features and slightly improved graphics. And a new story of course.

I am also in the midst of creating a tabletop Figurine battle game, tentatively called Figure Fight. This incorporates elements of Mageknight, Final Fantasy Tactics, D & D, Yuugioh etc and will be a fun game that every figurine collector can play.

This will not only provide more incentive for people to burn their wallets buying 1/8 PVCs and thus improve the economy, but also increase the benefits of owning one.

More details when I have it more finalised!

Like you say, wow. That’s quite a lot of anime to watch. If you want something more light hearted than the ending of Berserk (not very difficult…), I would advise you to watch Gokujou Seitokai. I just finished watching it a week ago, and that’s a pretty good show, very funny. Or 2×2 Shinobuden, which is hilarious, in my opinion.

There’s also exams coming up so I’ve pretty much decided to just save them for summer break.Of course, I strongly suggest Brokeback Mountain lol.

Thanks to 23 minute episodes, my attention span has been reduced drastically such that I need massive concentration just to sit through a full length film. That’s why I’ve been putting off watching BBM and V for Vendetta even though I really want to watch them.

Shinigami no Ballad can be nice at times (I really enjoyed Ep 3 for some reasons) while average at others. If not for Beserk, I’ll suggest that you should check out Elfen Lied. It’s really nice. But then you have just finished Beserk. I have not watched Beserk so I don’t know how terrifying it is, but Elfen Lied, although gory at times, shouldn’t be that terrifying IMHO. Do you watch Binchoutan at one go? I prefer to watch each episode separately, and on days when I feel really tired and want to take a break from everything, since it’s suppose to heal us anyway.

That’s the benefit of seeing movies at the movies; they force you to watch. THERE IS NO ESCAPE!

Yes but watching movies at the movies mean you sacrifice funds meant for the greater good - figurines and manga. It’s a tough decision and by the time I make it, the movie has always ended its cinema run.

Heh talking about movies there are always vcds and dvds.  I would also recommend Elfen Lied… and Ichi Ritoru no Namida! Haha…

Do not use any < and > for your own sake. It will end the comment there and then. Also, there is an automatic IQ filter which weeds out comments made by those who accidentally got transported from the stone age.
